A few nights ago, I had this strange dream about Jen in Morrowind Expanded Game of the Year Edition. I was in this cavern for the second level which was to kill these jerk smugglers in the Bloodmoon expantion of the game. There were quite a few of them (and their blows hurt really had and one had a big-butt hammer that can really do some damage.) Apprently, I had killed almost all of the creeps on my own because there were bodies on the ground and I saw that I had no allies. All I had to do now was to kill the boss, which was gonna be hard 'cause my armor was sucky and almost done in, and also 'cause I was very low on health potions. When I got to "Mr. Sledge-Hammer-Happy-Harry," he freaked and came after me. Next thing I know, I'm outside running from that freak and crying like a baby like, "I WANT MY MOMMY!"
After some time, he had me trapped against a huge rock thing, he said, "Say your prayers child. There's no one here to save you."
I sank to my knees and cried even more (which is wierd 'cause I haven't cried for years.)
When he raised his hammer, a figure in a dark cape and hood appeared right in front in me and blocked it like it was nothing. It caused the guy to fall backwards. He got to his feet and bad-mouthed this stranger.
"Damn you, wretch! You've interrupted my execution! I'll have your head as well!"
He rushed closer and lunged at my savior. He missed and the next thing I saw he was falling on top of me and I got out of the way. I looked and saw that his right arm was gone and was twitching in a pool of blood (eeeeeeeeeeeeeewwwwwwwwwwwwww!)
He got up again with the hammer in his left hand. "No matter. I'll kill you with my other arm!"
He tried to hit him again, but he failed and the figure gutted him through. I could see the sword popping out of his back. He fell sideways and the stranger came closer to me. I scooched back against the wall with every step closer to me.
"Come on, now, InuMaru" she said. I now knew that she was a woman from the sound of her voice. That voice was so familiar, but I couldn't place it. "Surely you remember me."
I shook my head, still worried.
I could see a smile through the hood's shadow on her face. "Sure you do."
"No. I don't." I said.
She took off her hood and sweetly asked, "Remember me, now?"
Excited, I leapt into her waist and knocked her down, shouting, "JENNIFER!!!"
"I knew you'd remember me." she laughed and hugged me tightly.
...Then I heard my stupid alarm go off and realized that this was all a dream. But I stuggled to stay in the dream.
"NO! DON'T LEAVE ME, JEN!" I cried. "PLEASE!!! DON'T GGGGGGGGGGOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!"
The image of her faded into a skinny navy pillow that was a little bigger than I was. I shut off my alarm clock and lied there in sadness and despair of fact that my adventure was only a mere fan's fantasy. I wondered if I would ever have such a dream again.
I guess I'll never know..... damn.
